One of our sweets menus: Aburi Mitarashi, fire-roasted rice cake with sweet sauce

This is a one-bite rice cake ball with soy sauce and sugar sauce. Rice cake balls are soft and healthy because we put tofu in it.  This menu looks like “Janbo rice cake”, a famous local sweet in Kagoshima.

In Kagoshima, it is getting warmer and we feel that signs of spring is starting!

Enjoying aburi mitarashi under the sun would be a great way to feel the season.
